PANDA A
PANDINO
The largest gathering of FIAT Pandas in the world!
In 2017, a young Panda owner from Southern Italy announced her intention to drive her classic FIAT Panda to the small Northern Italian town of Pandino, just outside Milan. Social media did what social media does, and the first meeting attracted over 200 cars; In 2018 this grew and 365 pandas turned up for the event! The meeting took place in front of Pandino Castle, and a 30km parade took place taking in a number of local towns and villages.
The COVID-19 pandemic meant that the event was cancelled in 2020 and 2021, however it was back in force for 2022, and in 2023 a whopping 939 cars attended to make this the biggest celebration ever! The Register is proud to support the organisers of Pandas to Pandino and the Municipality of Pandino.
As well as hosting the number one Panda meeting, the town of Pandino in the Province of Cremona (Region of Lombardy) is home to amazing 14th Century Castello Visconteo, and the war memorial in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele which was a filming location used in the 2018 film Call Me By Your Name.
